   had severe restless legs and had trouble sleeping more than a few hours at night. After doing some research, however, I figured out that I only needed a small dose of 200mg of magnesium per day to fix my problem. Now I no longer have this problem! The best time for me to take them is before bed and it really helps me get some much needed rest. And this magnesium from Doctor’s best helped me a lot

   Suffering from insomnia all life here. I use this mineral as part of my sleep cocktail. Take 4 pills a few hours before bed on an empty stomach, with glycine, L theanine, GABA, melatonin 10mg TR, and maybe add L tryptophan in the future when I try to stop antidepressants. This concoction works for me, which is amazing because normally the only thing that helps with sleep are benzos, and obviously I can’t take them every night. The tablets are large in size but don’t bother me Works for me, hope it works for you!

   I’m only 26 and I’ve had trouble sleeping all my life and can’t sleep until around 3 or 4am every day despite waking up at 8am and keeping myself busy and tired throughout the day. And I ALWAYS wake up in the middle of my sleep. It made my body extremely disorganized and I felt like I had to do something to it. Therefore, I decided to try DOCTOR’s Magnesium Pill. Researched the ingredients and took a hit. Lo and behold, I felt incredibly relaxed (in my muscles and my brain) and my sleep has become quality and I can rest properly. I take with other vitamins such as Vitamin C and D3. I can now sleep around 12-1am which is already a big improvement!! The pill size was quite large compared to other vitamins I’ve taken, but that wasn’t an issue for me.    My first purchase and opinion on Ecosupplements. I have tried other mag products before and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. As a 50-year-old runner who drinks a lot of coffee (which strips magnesium from the body), I always feel like I have sore muscles. I felt relief from muscle tension the very next day after taking it. Pleasantly surprised as other mag products haven’t launched so quickly before. For some reason, all magnesium products give me weird dreams if I take them too close to bedtime. I had this experience with it on day one, but now I take them for breakfast and lunch with no problem. Would buy again.

   Terrible.These are so big you will choke. if you cut them in half, the edges are so sharp you will still choke. I had to cut the tablet in half, then soak the halves in water. I have never had trouble swallowing any other pills. I finally threw them out.

    I ordered these for the first time a couple months ago after reading the reviews on this item. I am so very happy to now be one of those highly satisfied shoppers. Easy for me to swallow, but if someone has a problem with large tablets there is a break indention on the tablet that can easily break it in half. Great buy.
