Directions

Adults: 1 sachet per day. Open one sachet. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add 250 ml of water. Mix well and consume.

Warnings

Do not use in children, pregnant women, and during lactation. Do not use in case of allergy to any ingredient of the supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a varied diet. Daily creatine intake may increase the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age. The beneficial effect occurs with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine combined with resistance training performed at least three times a week for several weeks, with training intensity of at least 65–75% of the maximum single load.
