Allnutrition Biotin 5000mcg provides a high-dose serving of biotin (D-biotin) in a convenient capsule taken once a day.

Each capsule contains 5000 µg biotin, equivalent to 10,000% of the reference intake (NRV). The simple, filler-free formula contains only what’s necessary, with microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent and a gelatin capsule shell.
