Shipping information

Free shipping within the EU on orders over €89; otherwise shipping is €9.52 within the EU.
All orders include tracking and are dispatched from our EU warehouse.
Orders within the EU are shipped with reliable local delivery partners, either directly to your home or to nearby pickup points. Orders outside the EU are shipped with FedEx for fast and secure international delivery.
Please note that non-EU customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes and for ensuring that the products comply with local regulations in their country. No vat is beeing charged by us.
Delivery outside EU, are done by FedEx and cost 18.9€, with free shipping value beeing 150€.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the EU: 5–8 working days. Local delivery partners provide both home delivery and pickup point options depending on your location.

Non-EU delivery time: typically 6–12 working days with FedEx International. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Customer responsibility

Eco Supplements is an EU-based company and complies with all applicable rules and requirements in Bulgaria and within the EU.
According to the principle of free movement of goods, customers in other EU countries can order our products.
Please note that some countries may have specific national regulations or restrictions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may be imported, possessed, and used in the recipient country.
Non-EU orders

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by their local authorities. Eco Supplements is not responsible for any additional costs or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and/or hide products for certain delivery countries if we believe that delivery may violate local regulations. This is done to comply with applicable laws and to protect both our customers and our company.
Limitation of liability

Eco Supplements is not responsible for any costs, delays, seizures, or other consequences that arise if a product is stopped or regulated in the recipient country.
If an order is returned to us due to local restrictions, a refund may be issued for the product minus the original shipping costs. If the product is seized by authorities, no refund will be issued.

Returns policy

As a customer, you must contact us at Eco Supplements within 5 working days if your package has not been received within the expected delivery time for your destination. If you do not and the package is returned to us, you will have to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost. If you wish to make a claim for your product, e.g. if it was damaged in transit, sent incorrectly etc. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your products by contacting us. Upon confirmation of any claim, we will immediately re-deliver the products or credit your account in full. Any costs incurred for the reshipment of the product will be the responsibility of Eco Supplements. Our customers will not incur any additional charges.

Customer Responsibility

Eco Supplements operates in accordance with applicable EU and national legislation, subject to any national derogations. Products are offered only where permitted and availability may vary by country. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the local laws and regulations of the delivery country. For non-EU customers, import duties and local taxes may apply and must be paid upon delivery. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders or restrict delivery destinations at our discretion. Product returns

Products that are not defective can be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice, in new condition with all original packaging materials and invoices/receipts for refund minus the original shipping costs we paid to send you the product. The return fee and shipping charges do not apply if a defective product has been shipped. All goods purchased from Eco Supplements are made under a shipping agreement. This means that the risk of loss and title for those goods passes to you when we deliver them to the carrier.

Exchange of products

We are happy to exchange our products if they are returned to our store within 14 days of the invoice date and are in the same condition as you left them. The cost of shipping to return the package to Eco Supplements will be covered by the customer and the cost of the replacement shipped will also be covered by the customer.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time within the EU is 5–8 days. Shipments are handled by trusted local couriers with full tracking, offering both home delivery and pickup options.
For deliveries outside the EU, transit time is usually 6–12 days via FedEx International, depending on destination and customs processing.
