Shatavari – extract is supplied in capsule form, with a net content of 37.8 g. Each capsule contains 330 mg of Shatavari root extract (Asparagus racemosus) at a 10:1 ratio, and a daily serving of two capsules provides 660 mg, equivalent to 3,300 mg (3.3 g) of raw plant material.
The capsule shell is made from vegetable cellulose. The label states the product does not contain crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, soy, dairy ingredients, celery, mustard, or sesame, and is produced without artificial preservatives, fragrances, or colorings. It is also stated to be free from heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury.
