Each capsule provides L-cysteine, L-methionine, bamboo shoot extract with silica, zinc picolinate, selenium as L-selenomethionine, copper gluconate, biotin, iron (II) bisglycinate, vitamin B5 as calcium D-pantothenate, and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.

The full ingredient list also includes nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica) 20:1 and saw palmetto fruit extract (Serenoa repens) standardized to a minimum of 45% fatty acids. The capsule shell is made from plant cellulose.

The label states the product does not contain crustaceans, eggs, fish, nuts, dairy ingredients, celery, soy, mustard, or sesame, and is produced without artificial preservatives, fragrances, or colorants.
