I searched a long time for a good multivitamin, probably 50 or more brands and blends, and this one clearly stood out as a winner, it has adequate potency of vitamins and minerals and none of the 10,000% levels you see in other brands. And the number 1 selling point was the fact that the ingredients were derived from all-natural sources, and were in their most absorbable natural forms, it seems this product is of the highest quality. I have been deficient in many vitamins and this brand will be my favorite, the size is good and the pills are easy to swallow, I take one capsule a day on a decent nutritious diet.

The vitamin 50 and wiser men is no exception combining vitamins, minerals, and whole food fruits among other ingredients. 50 and wiser starts with high quality ingredients as the base of this product. It is packaged in dark glass bottle to protect the product more effectively. It is in my opinion of average size for a multivitamin and should be easy to swallow for most people. Men out there if you are not willing to multiple pills to get the vitamins your body needs this product is a great one pill option.

Great whole food vitamin for me. As I got older, I noticed that I would get bruises on my arms if I bumped into something. I started taking this vitamin 3 months ago and I have no more bruises. I also have more energy. I love that it is third party tested!

You must take 2 capsules twice a day to achieve this. The capsules are a good size and go down easy enough. I personally prefer to take one multi vitamin once a day to achieve the same results. If you dont mind taking 4 a day and are concerned about what is in your vitamin then these are for you. But I personally prefer taking only 1 a day and for that reason I don’t recommend these

“Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Men” produced by “Garden of Life” has high quality capsules, very easy to swallow, each of the 240 vegetarian capsules contains more than 25 vitamins and ingredients (virtually the vast majority of well-known dietary supplements recommended for people aged 50 and over). It is convenient to divide the suggested daily serving of 4 capsules into 2 servings containing 2 capsules each (eg lunch and dinner time). By the way, my wife consumes the product from “Garden of Life” – “Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Women”. Me (69) and my wife (64) have been taking these products for the past 3 years.

They are packed full of vitamins and antioxidants and much more. I especially like that designed for men over 50 and he is getting that added boost for prostate health and heart health. They are large but not as large as some others I have seen and fairly easy to sallow.

bought these for my husband after trying the Vitamin Code brand for women. I like the high percentage of nutrients on the label. 4 pills seems like a big dose, but splitting it into 2 doses, twice a day, isn’t too overwhelming. My husband is sensitive to many medications so this is only the amount he can take at one time. We think there’s a lot of fiber in these vitamins, which is helpful for 70-year-old systems like ours. I like the dark glass packaging which protects the pills from heat and humidity. These are great pills for someone who is deficient in vitamin D. We also like that there is a kosher symbol on this brand, which means that animal gelatin is not used to make the capsules.
