The vitamin 50 and wiser men is no exception combining vitamins, minerals, and whole food fruits among other ingredients. 50 and wiser starts with high quality ingredients as the base of this product. It is packaged in dark glass bottle to protect the product more effectively. It is in my opinion of average size for a multivitamin and should be easy to swallow for most people. Men out there if you are not willing to multiple pills to get the vitamins your body needs this product is a great one pill option.
