Cardiolic is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per pack. Each softgel provides 800 mg of fish oil, containing 333 mg EPA, 157 mg DHA and 300 mg other omega-3 fatty acids, along with 60 mg coenzyme Q10, 20 mg L-carnitine and 2 mg odorless garlic oil (of which 0.7 mg allicin).

The softgel shell is made from gelatin, with glycerin and purified water. The ingredient list also includes emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy lecithin), soybean oil, and a colorant (iron oxide brown). The label states the product contains soy, fish and gelatin of animal origin, and is lactose free.
