Each serving provides a powerful combination of well-documented ingredients — L-Taurine, KSM-66® Ashwagandha, Magnesium (as Bisglycinate and Oxide), and L-Theanine.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and normal psychological function. Unwind provides 300 mg elemental magnesium per serving, from two forms: bisglycinate and oxide.

Developed for both athletes and non-athletes, Unwind comes in easy-to-take capsules and provides 30 servings per pack. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and contains no allergens in its ingredients.

Per serving (4 capsules): L-Taurine 2000 mg, KSM-66® Ashwagandha 600 mg, Magnesium Bisglycinate 20% 500 mg (100 mg elemental), Magnesium Oxide 60% 332 mg (200 mg elemental), L-Theanine 200 mg. Other ingredients: Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

Usage & Dosage

Recommended use: Take 4 capsules daily before bedtime. Use for athletes: Take 4 capsules immediately after training.
