Concentrated seawater from Utah’s inland sea, USA.
Recommended use:
1 – 4mL (1 – 4 full droppers) daily with juice or food to mask the highly concentrated mineral flavor. We recommend starting with 1mL and increasing as needed, ideally spread throughout the day. We also recommend taking Mega-Mag with a large glass of fluid. Taking too much magnesium at once may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce amount per serving.

This product has done wonders for my sleep, I can’t believe I’ve gone so many years without it! The flavor is intensely mineral, but it doesn’t linger if you consume it straight. I have trouble finding drinks to add as I mostly drink water. This is my first magnesium supplement, so I don’t have any other experiences to compare, but I plan to stick with this product for the wonderful benefits I have experienced!

The dose is 100-400mg and they provide a 1ml glass dropper in 0.25ml increments. High doses provide a laxative effect, so as a supplement I only take one dropper in a juice glass because the taste is so metallic. If I need a laxative, I use 4 droppers (4ml) in a juice glass. One of the best products, I’ve tried it before it tasted quite strong, so I recommend taking it with juice to mask it. The quality and ingredients are very good. I am also satisfied with the size. It has helped me with most of my health issues caused by lack of magnesium.

It’s a great concentrate of mag! I put it in my water, food and also use it to brush my teeth instead of toothpaste. This probably sounds weird to a lot of people, but it magically cleans your teeth and helps remineralize your enamel too! It doesn’t taste very delicious, so I don’t recommend more than 2 drops, lol! I could be a great opportunity for you to ditch your (raw) fluoride toothpaste!

Highly digestible magnesium. For me, the only one that does not cause the chair to soften. Yes, it doesn’t taste very good, but if someone really needs magnesium, then you can handle it. I add 2 full pipettes (on the pipette there is a scale in ml) to a cup of juice and drink. It turns out neither bitter nor sour, but simply with a taste.

We are all lacking in minerals because the soil is depleted, so this is a great addition to your water. The taste is strong enough, but if you put a few drops in a glass, you won’t feel it. Be sure to start slow and low, even with just one drop. If you go too fast, you might get a detox headache, etc. I would add a drop every other day.

I’m sure the quality of the magnesium ingredients is excellent. but the taste is terrible. but I mixed it with sambucus and my other liquid vitamins, then finished with pineapple juice. couldn’t taste it in the sambucus. I hope this will help me sleep well tonight

purchased this product after trying a chewable tablet form of magnesium (I think it was cal-mag citrate). It wasn’t very easy to take so I decided to give it a try and I love it! I take magnesium supplements for migraine so the only downside to this is it makes me sleepy so I can only take it at night but I know a lot of people take magnesium to help with sleep so it’s great if you’re one of those people! It also relaxes the muscles and relieves joint and/or muscle pain that I feel at the moment. I take it with a small glass of apple juice so I can drink it all at once, because although the juice masks the flavor it does have an aftertaste, and I follow up with a bigger glass of water. The bottle is huge considering the starting dose is 1ml, but when it runs out I will definitely be repurchasing! It seems a bit expensive to me, but for the quality and the almost immediate benefits, it’s well worth the price.

It is a balance of high quality magnesium and minerals, which has really helped me with my sleep and my muscle cramps. lately i had a very slight constipation and i took 2 tbsp (8ml), after 20 mins i was spending the rest of the evening and morning in the bathroom…I’m sorry, my fault, not fun at all…. just be careful with the dose. By the way, if you have a problem with picky tastes, you might find it a hindrance, I took it under my tongue the first time – it was a disaster! the taste is very bitter-salty. now i have to mask it with food, still trying to fight resistance but the benefits outweigh the taste.
