I’ve been starting keto on and off for weeks now, so I’m still stuck in the terrible “transition period,” with lots of headaches, fatigue, and muscle cramps in my legs, even on non-workout days. Pharmacies in my country only have electrolytes full of sugars, so I didn’t want to use them. However, these were a huge help, I stopped having cramps after 2 days. Pill size is ok, small compared to other pill supplements, I started drinking more fluids and hydrating better without thinking too much about it. I take 2×2 or 3×2 tablets, depending on the day. Very effective if you are losing a lot of minerals and electrolytes due to summer heat. Liquid minerals are so convenient to put in drinking water, but not so convenient for air travel, when you don’t have checked baggage. It’s supposed to be a great product. However, I am not happy that I have to take so much to reap the benefits. The pills are big and coarse so not pleasant to take. I take them on days I do an extended fast, so far so good.

It’s hard to see if a supplement actually does anything. It may take time for minerals to build up in the body to a healthy level. I have been taking this mineral supplement for about 6 months and am confident that it is doing a great job of keeping my electrolytes in balance. I don’t have the symptoms attributed to low electrolytes. I have good energy and I feel mentally clear.
