Recommended use:
SHAKE VIGOROUSLY. Add 5 mL (5 full droppers) to a large glass of juice, sports drink, or other beverage daily, especially before, during, and after strenuous activity.
Warnings:
Store at room temperature. Some crystallization may occur, but will not affect the quality or integrity of the product.

I’ve been using this product for years now, and it’s a legit lifesaver when I suddenly feel dizzy and with a headache, most of the time it’s due to lack of electrolytes, and this formula works well and, most importantly, fast, and it can be taken on an empty stomach too! Only downside, the absolutely hideous flavor, I recommend diluting it in a small glass of water (about 100 ml, or half a small glass) and swallowing it quickly, keeping your nose closed with the other hand free, then drink cool water afterwards to completely clean the aftertaste. Believe me, you will thank me for this advice!

I’m not on the keto diet, but I get thirsty easily and drink tons of water, which leaves me low on electrolytes. I drink other powdered sports drinks, but I especially like that this one doesn’t raise blood sugar. I usually drink it in the morning if I wake up dehydrated, and two or three droppers in a glass of water is enough. It doesn’t taste good, but I can say that I get what I need. I sip it slowly followed by a glass of plain water and feel well recovered afterwards.
