Hello, after the tests I vilified iron deficiency and my doctor recommended me to take this supplement. It is easy to use and made from high quality ingredients. However, the metallic taste and smell are too strong to use with water alone. For me, the best option was to add it to apple juice. He did his job 100%! I hope this comment will be helpful. I was anemic not long ago after a long and trying hospitalization and recovery from an internal infection and needed my iron. This did the job and it worked quickly. The only things I did not care for was the taste, but of course minerals are not necessarily great tasting. The other thing I would change if possible was to package in glass and not plastic–plastic is destroying this planet.

I like this brand typically. I just don’t know about the iron though. It’s horrible tasting and I immediately through up. Could have just been me or just been that day. But I’m scared of it now. I would be very low about my dosage if you use it and definitely cut the taste with something else to eliminate the mental anguish of that taste in your mouth that makes you feel like you’ve ingested metal.

Much easier than a tablet form! There is a marked 0.4ml and 0.8ml plastic dropper so you can squeeze out the amount you want. The standard dose is 1.2 ml. It tastes metallic so I mix it with fruit juice for better taste. If this review was useful to you, don’t hesitate to like 🙂

This is one of the best iron supplements I have found. I suffered a lot for over 4 years of extremely painful, heavy and too frequent periods, 2-3 weeks was my average cycle, so tired and weak and the pain was unbearable. Since complement with it, the improvement is prodigious. I can’t recommend it enough. If you are also taking high doses of vitamin c, it is worth taking them together as the action is synergistic.

I just received this today. While the taste isn’t pleasant, as most reviews have expressed, it doesn’t bother me at all. My objective is to increase my iron levels to where they should be. It’s hard to fathom 1 star reviews based solely on taste rather than effectiveness. I personally appreciate the authenticity over high fructose corn syrup, anyday. Don’t allow a second of undesirable taste to hinder you from buying a good quality product that delivers sound results.

This product is a great iron supplement if you are looking for sugar-free ingredients. The main reason I got it from an online store and not my local pharmacy is that unfortunately it’s hard to find a sugar-free and gluten-free product composition. had been looking for iron in liquid form for a long time without any added sugar. Other drops of liquid iron have a very sweet fruit taste. I understand this is to cover up the awful taste, but when you’re consuming low carbs, the high amount of sugar is hard to handle. This product obviously has nothing to cover up the strong iron taste. I take it with lunch (food), put it on a spoon with food to cover it as well as possible. Like this is doable. Do not take it while fasting as it may react on your digestion. Very happy with the results. Much less tired.
