Recommended use:

The ingredients are great and the quality is good, but the smell and taste are so strong that you can never cover them with juice or any drink, no matter how small the serving! Although my kids are used to taking multivitamin supplements (the chewable forms), they really have a hard time drinking this one!

this one contains complete vitamins that children need on a daily basis. I can’t say the taste is delicious, but it is still acceptable for my child. It contains vitamin A in the form of retinol, so be careful not to exceed the dose for your children if they take something like cod liver oil. I notice my son recovered faster from his cold drinking this. definitely repurchase.
