Per kilogram, the product contains 829 g of green-lipped mussel concentrate, of which 500 mg per kg are glycosaminoglycans, and 163 g of gelatin. Per capsule, this equates to 20 g of green-lipped mussel concentrate, of which 12 mg are glycosaminoglycans, and 98 mg of gelatin.
