Vitamin E mixed tocopherols is supplied in softgel form, with 100 softgels per container. Each softgel provides 134 mg (200 IU) of vitamin E from d-alpha tocopherol and mixed tocopherols, which include beta-tocopherol, delta-tocopherol and gamma-tocopherol.

The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin and purified water, with soybean oil among the ingredients. The label states that the product contains soy and contains sulfites.
