You can break open a capsule and smell the oil inside, it shouldn’t smell rancid, it should smell fresh and these do. Also, the capsules don’t feel as hard as other brands in the past, and that’s because I think the capsules are too old. These are the best buys for a quality natural vitamin E product, that’s for sure.
