About this product

Vitamin B-12 is supplied in liquid form, in a 2 fl oz (59 ml) bottle. Each 1/10 dropper serving provides 100 mcg of vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin).

Other ingredients include vegetable glycerin, purified water, natural strawberry and vanilla flavors, citric acid, an absorption complex of ginger rhizome, amla fruit and capsicum fruit, potassium sorbate, and tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E from soybean oil). The label states that the product contains soy, derived from the vitamin E ingredient.

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1/10 dropper (graduation mark on dropper) per day. Hold under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
