Ultra C Formula is supplied in capsule form, with 250 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 500 mg of vitamin C (as l-ascorbic acid), equivalent to 625% NRV, along with acerola (from cherry), citrus bioflavonoid complex, hesperidin, rose hips (from concentrate) and rutin (from buckwheat), each at 10 mg per capsule.

The capsule shell is made from gelatin. Other ingredients are rice flour and the anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate). The label states no allergens are explicitly declared, though the product contains gelatin of animal origin.
