Super DHA is supplied in softgel form, with 30 capsules per pack. Each capsule provides 1.22 g of Calamarine EE Marine Oil (sea squid oil), containing 675 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids as ethyl esters, of which 500 mg is DHA, 125 mg is EPA, and 50 mg is other omega-3 fatty acids.

The capsule shell is made from gelatin, with glycerol as a humectant, purified water, natural lemon flavoring, and a proprietary antioxidant blend of rosemary extract, tocopherols, sunflower lecithin and ascorbyl palmitate. The label states the product contains shellfish (squid/calamari) and is lactose free.

Other ingredients: sea squid oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified (deionized) water, natural lemon flavoring, proprietary antioxidant blend (rosemary extract, tocopherols, sunflower lecithin, ascorbyl palmitate).

Contains shellfish (squid/calamari). Note: older US label version also declares soy (natural tocopherols from soy); current EU label version uses sunflower-derived tocopherols and declares shellfish only.

Directions

Take 1 softgel capsule per day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
