   High quality! I have been taking milk thistle for many years. I’ve tried other brands before and this one is the best, plus it’s vegan, and I’m vegan, so that’s important to me. The tablet size is easy to swallow. This supplement must be tasted after taking! The price is very affordable. Recommended!

   I really like Tristle milk because it helps me with my liver and my hangover. Usually I take two before I go drinking and it has helped me so much not have a headache after a drunken night out. Nowadays, because I stopped drinking, I felt that this type of supplement helped me a lot to regain my old shape and lose weight subtly

   I recently overcame drug induced liver injury (very high levels), and it really makes a difference in my lab work and how I feel. I will continue to take them to protect my liver as I have to take long term medication. I really can’t believe how well this works. There is no aftertaste to them, and no smell that I can tell as well.

   came across Swanson Milk Thistle Full Spectrum Herb a while ago here on Ecosupplements and listed it for sale, for less than the brand name site usually charges. You never know what you’ll find here on sale! Milk thistle is good for liver regeneration and health. So after all that festive holiday and happy toast, you might want to try some! I used mine months ago and at least I know it gave me a lot of relief…and that’s a mark of quality. I think I need more.

   struggled with my milk supply for some time. I had tried a lot of things and it just seemed to hit a plateau. My lactation consultant recommended that I try milk thistle, so I figured it wouldn’t hurt. It took a few days to get it to work, but damn it, right? I have definitely noticed a huge increase in my production. This thing has been a panacea for me, and I hope it is for you too. Happy breastfeeding!

   Not great, but went back to NOW Liver Refresh instead as I think it was better liver support. Supporting my liver had the wonderful side effect of clearing up my skin (aspirated adult acne) and reducing the dark circles under my eyes somewhat (until something age corrects they will never go away completely ha ha) . I found the NOW to be a better mix, but if all you wanted was the milk thistle because you get the other stuff elsewhere, then it’s a good price, well packaged, and easy to grab.

   So turns out milk thistle helps cleanse your liver which apparently mine wasn’t so happy with me because I had small pimples/blemishes on my face for the last 2 and 2 years weeks after taking these twice a day, they disappeared. Given the choice between drinking less alcohol and taking milk thistle, I choose milk thistle and drink a little less.

    Very very effective product. I take one on an empty stomach every day first thing in the morning. I think it helps my liver detox and increases bowel movement which is great. I also felt that my body worked better when I took it. I will be ordering more when these are finished
