   I’ve been taking it for about a week, and I think I can see a little improvement in nail strength and I think it will improve even more. The pill is big. I had no problem with that. One per day. It will help improve the growth of my hair and nails.

   Bought this mainly for the MSM ingredient. I take 1 cap with 3 others for additional support (Silica 500 was purchased before I got the rest so it’s optional). Started end of April 2022, too early to tell but I feel improved

    My nails started to grow very fast and strong, no more breakage. The tablets are larger and therefore may be difficult to swallow. But it works and the price is great too
