Got the Swanson Boswellia to help with stiff, battered joints and all body inflammation. Lots of information about its benefits. Swanson Full Spectrum has excellent quality and the dosage (800mg) is just right for me. I support it with turmeric. So far very satisfied. I will order again so I can avoid the Tylenol.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and I take boswellia for my joints. I can really tell a difference in how I feel when I take it. If I forget to take the boswellia, my joints hurt more, so I feel it really helps.

It took about 3 weeks of daily use for it to start working. Some joints in my hands that used to bother me, especially in the morning, suddenly didn’t bother me anymore. After about 4 weeks of daily use I stopped taking it (I had forgotten) and 2 days later my hands started hurting again like before, then I remembered that I forgot to to take it. So I took it back and the next day my hands didn’t hurt anymore. I did some experimenting to make sure it wasn’t a coincidence and I found it obvious now that when I take this I don’t have some type of joint pain, and when I don’t take it, the pain returns. I love that the quantity and potency of this brand is set up to be just one pill to take each day. The price is fantastic compared to others. I take it at night so I’m good to go in the morning. It takes a while to work (about a day in my case), but I’m glad I found it and recommend it to others.

This is the only Boswellia I could find that is so potent (800mcg) in a single capsule and at such a good price. I take it for joint support but recently read that it also helps the immune system. I can see the difference in my joints, they are more flexible and don’t hurt, and I hope it will improve my overall health as well. Packaging intact and very fast shipping.

take 2 a day, no bad reactions. I had kidney problems with bleeding which can be an early indication of cancer. Taking them with apricot kernels stopped the infection and bleeding. They are certainly also a powerful anti-inflammatory. My stomach gets flat overnight. The joints feel better too.
