About this product

Diet Duo is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per container. A serving of 2 capsules provides 1 g of Phase 2 Carb Controller (Phaseolus vulgaris L., white kidney bean dried bean fraction) and 500 mg of LipoSan ULTRA Chitosan, which is derived from crustaceans.

The capsule shell is made from gelatin. The other ingredients are gum arabic used as an emulsifier, rice flour and magnesium stearate used as an anti-caking agent. The label states that the product contains shellfish (shrimp).

Directions

Take two capsules with water before each meal. Medications and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) should be taken at least 4 hours before or after ingestion to ensure absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
