   I have been using this product for many years and I am very satisfied with it. Use it whenever I feel sluggish, sluggish and/or need a little help with my system. It doesn’t work right away, but it will get things done in a day or two.

   Customer of different brands such as Swanson for a long time, I naturally had the chance to try this product, Colon Helper and to do intermittent cleanses throughout the year, I can say that by using this product, in in conjunction with others, alone or as part of a cleansing protocol, good results can be expected with this particular product. I would definitely recommend.

   The size is 60 capsules, the quality of the Swanson dosage is 2 capsules. The daily taste is just right.

   Made from good quality ingredients, the capsules are just the right size to be swallowed comfortably. I love that the dosage is right. It seems to benefit my digestive system and doesn’t taste weird like some other brands. It really helps to regularize bowel movements. I will recommend and buy again.

   This is the only product I have found for my husband, who has had numerous opioid-related constipation issues, that not only works to flush out his system, but keeps it naturally regulated on a day-to-day basis. Even the prescribed medications seem flat. Seeing him pain free puts a smile on not only his face, but mine as well. Colon Helper is a quality product, that’s for sure!

    Many “colon cleansing” supplements rely on stimulant laxatives to produce bowel movements, which I don’t like because it can be addictive. This one has milder ingredients like aloe and slippery elm – slippery elm in particular which I like a lot because it’s soothing and soothes the intestines instead of irritating them. That’s why I think it’s a really good quality product that actually helps the digestive system instead of just being a stimulant laxative in disguise. It’s also a reasonable dosage (2 capsules) unlike some products that make you take 3+ pills twice a day.
