This product is calcium citrate combined with vitamin D3, supplied in tablet form with 250 tablets per container. Each tablet provides calcium from calcium citrate together with vitamin D as cholecalciferol, and each serving of 2 tablets provides 630 mg of calcium and 10 mcg (400 IU) of vitamin D.

The tablets also contain stearic acid, silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and a clear coating made from hypromellose, polyethylene glycol and purified water. The label does not explicitly declare any allergens.
