Bladderwrack is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per container. Each capsule contains 75 mg of Bladderwrack Leaf Extract (Fucus vesiculosus), standardized to 0.2% iodine, providing 150 mcg of iodine per capsule.

The capsule shell is made from gelatin. The remaining ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), calcium palmitate, maltodextrin and silica. The label does not explicitly declare any allergens.
