   have been using different brands of biotin 5000 for 6 years. This one has had a remarkable effect on my hair and nails. Even my hairdresser commented on the amount of new baby hair and its length. . I have noticed the positive impact even though I have only been using this brand for 150 days. I highly recommend it especially for women in their 40’s. So much value for such a low price. It is an economical bottle with great value

   I’m impressed with this product, as biotin is essential for healthy hair, skin and nails, but finding one without toxic fillers isn’t easy! This corresponds to the health bill. I will definitely be ordering again!

   I usually opt for the gummies as they are easier for me to remove but since my tour was sold out I opted for these pills as the pills are cheaper than the gummies. So far so good, long term use will tell if they make a difference!

   Biotin is ideal for those with brittle or falling hair. I have been using biotin for a few months and I must say that I have noticed an improvement in the quality of my hair as well as my nails. I will continue to repurchase biotin as a daily supplement. Small tablets and therefore easy to swallow.

   The small capsules are easy to swallow. I like the 5,000 mcg dose because I can increase it to two on some days if I want. It does not contain fillers and it is a pure product. Results are slow as expected – my hair is getting a bit stronger and hopefully thicker.

    bought this biotin supplement to stop my hair loss. I heard about it from a friend whose hair stopped falling once she started taking biotin. I received the Swanson Biotin 5000mcg as it is a great dosage which has already reduced my hair loss and I have only been taking it for about a week. My hair is still falling out but nothing like a week ago. It has provided great benefits for my hair. I have as thin as he has my most beautiful skin. Although it could also be from other supplements I have or my skincare routine. The package size is large. It includes 100 capsules that will last you 3 months. They are so small and so easy to swallow. Each tablet contains 5000 mcg of biotin. I take one capsule a day. So far I like the results and will continue to use this supplement.
