   have struggled with anxiety all my life. I have tried many over the counter remedies for stress and anxiety over the years. Most of the time they either don’t do anything at all or just make me sleep but still anxious. This is not the case with Ashwagandha. I’ve been taking it for about 6 months now and can say it has really eased my stress and anxiety. This brand is cheaper than others I’ve taken (like Now Foods) but still seems to work well. 10/10 would recommend. If you found this review helpful. Please give it a thumbs up. Thanks.

   My husband and I love this product. It’s good quality. It helps to fight against lack of concentration and stress, and also to improve your mood. Thanks to this, we feel more rested and sleep better. It doesn’t have a strong taste or smell, so it’s easy to take.

   Delivered on time and intact. Useful size container. Good quality product with a long history of traditional use that I take daily as a supplement for general health and wellbeing. (Note: Although generally proven to be safe, it is not recommended for people with thyroid problems or prostate cancer.)

   This pill is a miracle, although the taste and smell is a bit strange maybe because of the ingredients, but the size is good to swallow. It helps my mood to calm down, relax and sleep well. It reduces my anxiety and stress. According to the cheap price, the quality is really good. I told my sister to check with her doctor because she has a thyroid problem.

   It is a great product at an affordable price. Ashwagandha is something I will buy more of, it helps me not to think too much about bad things or feel down about life and helps me focus more too. the 100 capsules are good at this price. it will last you a few months.

   can highly recommend this quality product containing Ashwagandha root which I have been taking for several years and when taken x2 a day it helps me keep my emotional balance and function without feeling pressured. It is easy to swallow and so far there have been no side effects or aftertaste.

   did a lot of research on the benefits of ashwagandha and ordered specifically for anxiety relief. I was not disappointed, they help with stress and anxiety. I still take them at night until my body gets used to them, then I will start taking them during the day. I found an added bonus of falling asleep easier and getting better quality sleep. I will order them again.
