love this product. Solgar generally makes excellent products. This fish oil contains omega 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9 which is really hard to find. The price on Ecosupplements is usually the best you can find. I’ve seen complaints about the taste…I take mine daily with my smoothie and have never had a problem when taking with food. Took on an empty stomach and you’ll taste it afterwards – but a) it’s not that bad b) it would happen with any fish oil and c) just take it with food 😉 I take 4-6 a day.
