Ester C Plus is supplied in vegetable capsule form, with 250 vegetable capsules per container. Each capsule provides 500 mg of Vitamin C as Ester-C calcium ascorbate, along with 25 mg of Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, 10 mg of Acerola Extract (Malpighia glabra, fruit), 10 mg of Rose Hips (fruit) and 5 mg of Rutin.

The capsule shell and remaining ingredients are Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate and Silica. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color.

This product is labeled vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free.

Directions
