Vitamin D3 + K2 by Seeking Health contains 125 mcg (5000 IU) of D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 100 mcg of K2 (as menaquinone-7) in an easy-to-swallow capsule. The cholecalciferol form of vitamin D3 used in this product is derived from cholesterol in sheep’s wool, making it suitable for vegetarians. Vitamin K2 is provided as menaquinone-7, one of the most studied forms of this important nutrient.*
Vitamin D is essential for the functioning of many important systems in the body, and recent research has suggested that we may need more vitamin D than previously thought for optimal immune function and long-term health. Vitamin D3 is thought to be more biologically active in the body than D2, the form often used to fortify dairy products and other foods. In some climates, people may be able to produce adequate vitamin D3 from sunlight, but in cooler climates with longer winters, vitamin D deficiency may be more common. Vitamin D is required for optimal absorption of minerals including calcium, making it an important nutrient for supporting healthy bones and structural health. It may also play a role in supporting immune health and cellular integrity.*
Vitamin K is an important fat-soluble vitamin essential for circulatory health and normal bone mineralization. Several different forms of vitamin K exist, with the primary dietary form being vitamin K1, or phylloquinone, found primarily in green vegetables. Another form known as vitamin K2, or menaquinone, is found primarily in animal products such as meat or eggs, as well as in foods such as cheese and natto, a fermented soy product. While most of the benefits of vitamin K were previously attributed to vitamin K1, recent research has identified important benefits for vitamin K2.*

My D3 levels were low which brought them back to normal within a few months. It’s hard to find D3 with K2 which K2 is a must if you take D3. I have high calcium and having the K2 in the D3 did not raise my calcium.
