If you are looking for the best form and quality vitamin D, choose it and you will not be frustrated. Easy to use, dropper for dosing. Very comfortable for children and adults, neutral odors, all artificial components. I am very satisfied and have already bought it for my sister and my nephews. This bottle covers approximately 6 months supply. 2000IU – minimum dose for adults if you do not have a deficiency, if you have – 6000 IU and more, ask your doctor. I felt energy after using it and also noticed my nails getting harder. Use it daily for the immune, heart, and skeletal systems, even if you live in sunny California.

excellent vitamin D supplement, very easy to use, and effective. It tastes like olive oil. One drop contains 2000 IU and the bottle contains 900 servings, so it’s great value for money. However, the bottle I received expires in August 2023, so I’m not sure I can finish it in 7 months!
