It smells of tea. I don’t know if it’s fenugreek or fennel but it smells like herbs. I took it at dinner time and the next day my milk turned yellow/green (the one on the left was my morning pump and the one on the right was before I took the pills). I think it is a good supplement for breastfeeding moms.

So this brand is sacred to me. I believe in them, and in the quality with which they produce! All ingredients clean and nice I feel changes on my body and appetite when I take them Capsule size is quite bigger than what I used to take but it’s ok because with water it’s not hard. Dosage I am not sure about taking two capsules together after my breakfast. I also mentioned the benefit less mood swings and more appetite Tastes not bad at all! Smells good too

I originally got these, because I thought the dosage was one per day. It is in fact two per day, but that was my mistake. The taste of these is really unpleasant. It’s also herbal and earthy, but not in a good way. Once these are gone, I’ll be going back to my previous brand

showed it to my midwife to replace it with my prenatal supplement. She says the ingredients are good for breastfeeding. I haven’t tried it yet but I hope it will work. It works a bit like 2 in one with multivitamins as well as nursing ingredients. The only downside is that you will need 2 doses per day. I will update my review after trying it.

These vitamins are good because I have tried many post natal vitamins which did not make me feel very good after taking them. These vitamins are of excellent quality and contain ingredients that promote emotional health and are easy to digest. I’ve been taking them for over a year. I won’t buy anything else while I’m nursing. The size compared to other prenatal and postnatal vitamins is actually smaller, but the two-per-day dosage makes up for it. The benefits of these vitamins outweigh the cost. They are more expensive but they don’t leave an aftertaste and my emotional well-being benefits as well.

Excellent vitamins, I did not regret taking them! Feel better, more energy. Due to the biotin content in them, the hair began to fall out less, if not before that there was a wild horror. Such a great over-the-counter postnatal vitamin to keep you still getting all your nutrients as a new Mama it’s so important! and I just can’t stress it enough because we go through so much when we are pregnant and give birth and our child takes all of our nutrients first so I definitely recommend taking this for quite a while even after you give birth!

First of all, I love that the ingredients are natural, especially since I’m still breastfeeding. A little pricey but it’s great quality. I took this 6months postpartum and it helped a lot with my hair loss (which even biotin supplements failed before), I think it was also good for my skin. I take two a day but at least 4 hours apart. The capsule size is just right, not hard to swallow at all. Just be aware that it can make your urine color very bright.

I like these just as much as the prenatal ones. I won’t lie, they don’t taste the best. But, I figure that’s a small price I have to pay for quality ingredients.
