Recommended use:
Adults begin with 1 capsule per day with 8 oz of water or juice and gradually increase to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Not intended for children.

It seems to be the best probiotic available anywhere. I trust the company. It was founded by a man who suffered from severe malnutrition and Crohn’s disease and it recovered primarily through the use of soil-based organisms, [SBO], a soil-based probiotic. He recovered. It is best used with betaine HCL and digestive enzymes for severe cases of malnutrition and dysbiosis. I suffered from it and I take these three elements to get better. So far, so good. The quality of the ingredients is quite reliable.

I’ve been on probiotics for YEARS; I simply can’t go without them due to my history of digestive problems (antibiotic overload for years). I did some history and found that a particular ingredient (Saccharomyces boulardii) is extremely beneficial for someone in my situation. So I finally found a probiotic that contains this and in fact is listed as the first ingredient. I feel it is worth it to spend the extra money on a good probiotic for the benefit of my gut health and it’s basically 37 cents a day.

I have struggled with significant GI issues for years. All they can say is IBS but after talking to a nutritionist she recommended a few strains of probiotic to try. I had tried a bunch of other kinds with some success but taking this along with Ibguard has completely changed my life. It took some time but I think my GI track is no longer in a constant flare. I think this probiotic has also helped my acne. I take 2 capsules daily. They are a little large but when you lived for years with chronic Gi pain and this helps as much as it does you’d find anyway to take it. I’ve read some people open the capsule and mix it with yogurt. I just swallow 1 at a time with no issue. They are worth the price 10000%
