OstroVit VITA&MINERALS Sport is a comprehensive two-capsule daily supplement system designed specifically for active adults. The dual-capsule format separates the fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins (VIT-MULTI) from the essential minerals (MIN-MULTI), helping to optimise the stability and absorption of each nutrient group. Together, they deliver a broad-spectrum micronutrient profile tailored to the increased nutritional demands of sport and regular physical activity.
The VIT-MULTI capsule combines high-potency vitamins — including Vitamin C, Vitamin D, B-complex vitamins and Vitamin E — with botanical extracts such as ashwagandha root, green tea leaf, nettle leaf and black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine.
The MIN-MULTI capsule provides key minerals including magnesium, calcium, zinc, selenium, iron, copper, chromium and manganese, alongside potassium and iodine sourced from Saccharina japonica (Japanese kelp) extract. Together, these two capsules form a convenient, athlete-focused daily foundation.

VIT-MULTI: L-ascorbic acid, capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), N-acetyl L-cysteine NAC, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nettle leaf extract, green tea leaf extract standardized to 50% polyphenols, ashwagandha root extract standardized to 7.2% withanolides, 1% alkaloids and 0.25% withaferin A, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, cholecalciferol, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxal 5′-phosphate P-5-P, nicotinic acid, alpha-lipoic acid ALA, retinyl acetate, black pepper fruit extract standardized to 95% piperine, L-5-MTHF calcium L-methylfolate, D-biotin, methylcobalamin.
MIN-MULTI: Magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium citrate, capsule shell (gelatin, purified water), zinc picolinate, manganese bisglycinate, Saccharina japonica (Japanese kelp) extract standardized to 1% iodine, L-selenomethionine, iron (II) bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, chromium picolinate.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule of VIT-MULTI and 1 capsule of MIN-MULTI) daily, after the main meal. The product is intended for adults. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the doctor or pharmacist before use.
Warnings
ATTENTION! Due to the ingredients used in OstroVit MIN-MULTI 30 capsules (mainly selenium in the form of L-selenomethionine), the product has an irritating, unpleasant smell. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed when using sedatives, sleeping pills, anti-epileptic drugs, and should not be used by children, pregnant women and during lactation. Keep out of the reach of children.
