About Ostrovit – Magnesium Malate, Natural – 120g

Ostrovit Magnesium Malate is a pure, unflavoured powder supplement that combines magnesium in its malate form with active vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). Each daily serving provides 150 mg of magnesium and 5 mg of vitamin B6, for a convenient and easily soluble addition to your daily intake of micronutrients.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

The formula is enriched with inulin, a naturally derived prebiotic fibre, and contains no artificial additives.

Usage & Dosage

1 serving = 2 g (2 scoops) dissolved in 100–150 ml of water. Take one serving per day. Use the measuring scoop included in the pack (1 ml).
