Ostrovit EAA 5750 mg delivers a comprehensive blend of all nine essential amino acids in a convenient capsule format. Each serving of 5 capsules provides 5,750 mg of EAAs, including a substantial 1,725 mg of L-leucine alongside L-isoleucine and L-valine, complemented by L-lysine, L-threonine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-histidine, and L-tryptophan — covering the full spectrum of amino acids the body cannot synthesise on its own.
Essential amino acids must be obtained through diet or supplementation. This formula is designed to support active individuals looking to ensure consistent daily EAA intake, whether taken first thing in the morning or in the period around training. With 60 servings per container, each pack of 300 capsules provides a full two-month supply at the recommended dosage.
Produced by Ostrovit, a well-established European sports nutrition brand, this product is manufactured to high quality standards and offers a straightforward, no-filler approach to amino acid supplementation.
