Osavi Omega-3 Vegan provides 250 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) per softgel, derived entirely from microalgae ( Schizochytrium sp. ) — the same primary source from which fish obtain their omega-3 fatty acids.

Each softgel contains 250 mg DHA in a single, convenient dose.

Encased in a plant-based softgel shell made from modified starch — completely free from gelatin — making the product fully suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is also formulated without gluten, lactose or soy, making it a flexible choice for those with common dietary sensitivities.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily. Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. Recommended to be taken with a meal.
