Osavi’s Evening Primrose Oil with Vitamin A & E provides 1800mg cold-pressed Oenothera biennis seed oil per daily dose, providing at least 144mg gamma linolenic acid (GLA). Cold pressing preserves the oil’s natural integrity and ensures a high-quality source of this sought-after omega-6 fatty acid in a convenient softgel format.

Each daily dose also provides Vitamin A and Vitamin E. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and vision.

Usage & Dosage

Recommended daily intake: 1 capsule three times daily, after a meal (3 capsules per day).
