Fenugreek is supplied in vegetarian capsule form, with 120 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 550 mg of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) seeds extract, DER 4:1, standardised for a minimum of 20% saponins, equivalent to a minimum of 110 mg of saponins, with the 550 mg of extract obtained from 2200 mg of fenugreek seeds.

The remaining ingredients are inulin and the capsule shell, which is hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The label states no allergens are declared, and describes the product as GMO-free, gluten-free, soy-free and lactose-free.
