Usage & Dosage
Take 1 scoop (7.5 g) daily. Dissolve 1 scoop of powder into 200 ml of water or your preferred beverage, or add it directly to your meal of choice. Suitable for use in appetisers, salads, breakfast, smoothies or desserts.
