   good quality supplement but 50 mg is a bit too much for a woman ⚠️⚠️⚠️ especially if you don’t have a deficiency so I take it once in a while, sometimes I break it in half. for maximum effect: — take with magnesium in the evening to improve sleep — or with vitamin C in the morning to boost energy is awesome I like how it’s sealed from the inside, the pill captured next to a pen to show the size, almost no taste.

   I have been using it for about two weeks and can conclude that my sleep quality has improved. Also, the dosage is exactly what I was looking for. The pill form is also nice, no need to worry if the capsule might break down. I can definitely recommend this product, if you are looking for something to improve your sleep quality.

   As you may already know, zinc is an extremely important microelement in the human body which is responsible for many things including the immune system, hair health, metabolism, cell growth, etc which you should definitely take, if you lack it. I take zinc for a month every other month as my doctor told me and this supplement is just an AMAZING option for me. Besides having such a great n potency formula (gluconate is one of the most absorbable forms of zinc), this product is just INCREDIBLY affordable, so I’d probably stick with it for now.     This is my first order and they packaged it very well. I have consumed this product with vitamin D3, K2 MK-7 and omega 3. I feel my body is doing so much better, my lupus is amazingly controlled in just 2-3 months. I had a severe flare in June 2021 and all lab results in September are good.
