   will be ordering another bottle soon. Since it contains a high amount of vitamin E, I take it with a high fat meal. Believe me, my skin has seen some changes. The brilliance, mindset, ability to handle work and fitness have never been better. For some reason my acne is gone .. highly recommend

   haven’t taken it for a year and started again in 2022. My diet tends to be oil-free, so adding this wheat germ oil helps add fatty acids to my meals. Take 2 capsules per day. I bought this for its vitamin E content to help with my blood circulation. Thanks.
