One of my essential supplements to repurchase. I started gaining weight during lockdown. 1 week before my period my stomach and thighs felt like a water balloon. This brand contained a very good quality of ingredients, I am enjoying it, after taking 2 capsules a day for 3 months, I feel it is really helping with my water retention. I started to feel a lot less bloating before my period. And the cellulite on my legs has gone down which is a bonus for me. Not much flavor and the capsules are small so easy to swallow. Do not take it if you are out and do not have access to the toilet. The pill is normal sized, easy to swallow, pleasant herbal smell. It does what it says, removing excess water from your body. You should take plenty of water with the pill (as recommended on the label), and the pill will force you to go to the bathroom frequently. So, I don’t see the pill helping me lose weight, but the pill really removes excess water from your body. It will be good for those who have a puffy face in the morning.

The ingredients are soft and subtle. Inexpensive but of excellent quality. The dosages are 2 times a day. It is not a very strong effect on the body, easy to adjust, benefits people who bloat easily, and does not damage the body. Taste Like rye and wheat on the caps, the pill size is a little big though.

If you have a double belly this product is best to use, I had a lower belly after having my baby, even after I lost weight I didn’t see much difference but it shrank lower abdomen and also lost 1 kg. For a reduced carbohydrate intake in the upper belly! Now the belly is in shape and that’s all I need
