Alfalfa Powder (Aerial Parts), Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-4) (MK-4)

Other ingredients:
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Rice Flour and Silicon Dioxide.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Warnings:
For adults only. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or allergic or contraindicated to aspirin. Consult physician if taking medication (especially blood thinners such as warfarin, Coumadin®, heparin and aspirin) or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if stomach upset occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Natural color variation may occur in this product. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Good quality ingredients, active form, easy cap good size holds 100 small capsules.. I take it with vitamin D for better absorption and love the small once a day dosage. its health benefits for the body.. highly recommended for everyone.

I take this with a multivitamin that does not include K2. I feel good and I think my cut healed faster. MK-7 gives me insomnia and other bad side effects, MK-4 doesn’t give me any of these, maybe because it has a shorter half life. I usually take it for breakfast. It’s a very low dose, so for general maintenance it seems very safe.

The good ingredients and brand quality are beyond doubt, the size is convenient, the packaging is standard, the working version. best taken with vitamin d3 the bones begin to grow better. It’s good to take it with some water, I felt better, the swelling was gone in the morning. the taste is not noticeable.

Very satisfied with this product, I haven’t stopped taking it for several years for the good of my teeth, apparently teeth need more than just a calcium supply to stay healthy. My dentist didn’t hear about me brushing my teeth without toothpaste 6 days a week, until he checked my teeth and said “keep doing what you’re doing”. I also consume ground eggshell as a supplement.
