   My wife and I take one NOW Foods E-400 Softgel with Mixed Tocopherols each morning with our breakfast supplements. We decided to take vitamin E for its antioxidant abilities, as well as to supplement our immune system, and thirdly to keep our vascular system healthy. We also eat a lot of avocados, which are an excellent source of natural vitamin E, which creates protective layers in the body believed to reduce the risk of developing cancer. Good value for money.    After reading about the Shute Brothers (the Canadian Doctors) and Vitamin E, I bought this for my heart health. I would like to avoid any possible heart problem: heart attacks, arrhythmia, tachycardia, angina pectoris, or even high or low blood pressure, etc. I’ve been told to take d-alpha tocopherol, or “mixed” tocopherols and this one works for me. Please like if you find this useful.

   use this product as a basic element of vitamin E. In addition, I add tocotrienol in small quantities, which I also buy in Ecosupplements. Other products are possible. are also available as Ecosupplements, so you can use the whole vitamin E complex in one capsule, but it’s a significantly higher price (I give it to my child). So my recommendation for long term use – choose this product and remember to store it in a fridge (not a freezer!). I have to mention that I never experienced any side effects. I take one capsule a day.

   Product as described with excellent quality ingredients and kosher and recently made so will not expire, in this case for 3 years. 400 IU dosage just the right size for me with mixed tocopherols, packaged protected with a seal, and the pills don’t taste bad so hopefully it will provide enough antioxidant effect to benefit my skin and to my hair with vitamin E. I am satisfied with the effect so far. Delivery was fast and smooth with reasonably priced delivery and price of the product. I am very happy with the product and the company – thank you I-Herb for carrying a great product and distributing it so efficiently.

   A friend recommended that I start taking 400 IU of vitamin E with mixed tocopherols for temperature regulation during menopause and indeed these vitamins seem to be helping me with my hot flashes! I will be taking them for the foreseeable future. I also like that they are good quality and plant based.

    I’ve been dying to get a vitamin E and this one is great quality! First of all, we all know how great vitamin E is for the skin, and as someone who loves skin care, I had to get it. I did my research and this type of vitamin E is truly amazing. I still haven’t noticed any changes, but I hope for the best

    The quality of the Now brand and their ingredients are excellent. The size is easy to swallow. Vitamin E has many benefits for skin and hair. It contains mixed tocopherols which provide antioxidant protection. I love that it’s derived from plants and I love that it’s non-GMO. I also love that it benefits my immune system.
