   Friends, read it and you will NOT REPENT! Combine the use of vitamin E with vitamins A and C to potentiate antioxidant effects, protection against cellular damage to the body caused by free radicals and significantly increase immunity.    Vitamin E, along with vitamin C and vitamin A, are important antioxidants in the body. Vitamin E is needed in greater amounts today due to our high consumption of processed vegetable oil (soybean oil, canola oil, corn oil, peanut oil, etc.) Most of these vegetable oils are devoid of vitamin E or their fat-soluble antioxidants, due to their ultra-processing.    I love using this vitamin daily with other vitamins. Too bad when I wanted to buy it is always out of stock so I have to buy another vitamin E instead.

   After reading about the Shute Brothers (the Canadian Doctors) and Vitamin E, I bought this for my heart health. I would like to avoid any possible heart problem: heart attacks, arrhythmia, tachycardia, angina pectoris, or even high or low blood pressure, etc. I’ve been told to take d-alpha tocopherol, or “mixed” tocopherols and this one works for me. I bought the E-400 before I started low. The pill is not too big, I have no problem swallowing it. Quality is enough, I guess. The ingredients mention non-GMO soy, which is fine with me as I have no problem with soy. Please like if you find this useful.

   Good ingredients and size for the best cream ever. I use it for my skin, face and body cream with a little coconut oil. This is amazing! 🙂 I even use it on my hair. Has no smell and it’s amazing for loose skin. For the oral I only use vitamin E tocotrinols which is a really powerful antioxidant.

    found it a great quality item to use with Vitamin A and the Darsonval device for hair care. I would recommend the supplier Now Foods. The only drawback is that it has a high dosage in a soft gel capsule, which is impossible to get only 100% of the required dose per day. Maybe someone finds a high dosage a benefit. But yes, it really is a huge capsule. Stay healthy!
