This is an awesome product to make you feel better! The essential vitamin for human beings cannot be obtained enough from food, so you need to take it additionally. This is a high vitamin D product, so consult a healthcare practitioner before taking. I use it in winter preferring a preventive dose of 2000 IU in summer. The sofgels are easy to swallow and there is no problem taking them. And the price is SOO attractive!

As someone diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency, I have noticed that sunbathing for 10-20 minutes at noon is not enough to move the needle in my D marker.
